This drill shows how to counter a technique with the same technique; same side and while changing sides. It's a good flow drill, very similar to a lock flow type drill as in the Filipino systems.

This is different than what is taught today in most schools. It was also called "Chinese Leg Manuevers" by my first real Kenpo teacher, Mike Sanders. Demonstrated with and without explanations in front and side views.

Watch this before the front foot/back foot video as this describes the concepts of the four drills. These punching drills were created and taught by Mike Sanders. Mike was developing his own system called Bujin Kenpo and these were required.

Mike Sanders created these two drills along with the Front Hand/Back Hand sets. The four were also called Bujin 1, Bujin 2, etc. He later combined all four into a fifth called Bujin 5.
